Hand wash in cool water. It is easiest to do this in the sink or tub depending on garment size. Fill with enough cool water to completely submerge the garment. Add cleaning solution to the water and mix well before placing garments to the mixture and gently pushing it under the water. Let soak for about 15 minutes before gently shaking it in the water. 

Be careful not to scrub it. Drain and add clean water to rinse the garment. Depending on garment size, garments may need to be rinsed a few times to before all cleaning solution is removed. Once the water is clear, gently press the excess water from the garment. Do not wring it out. 

Transfer the garment to a clean towel and gently roll it up, pressing down to squeeze out any excess water. Lay out another dry towel and lay the garment out flat on top of it. Leave to dry flat. This will ensure that the garment does not get stretched out and lose its shape.

Once dry store  garments folded, do not hang, this will cause them to stretch out of shape.

You have 30 days from day of purchase to send an item back to us.

We accept returned items that are unworn and clean (not washed) with tags still attached. 

Please reference your order number and the item in the return request and let us know the reason for return. Once your return has been accepted we will send you an email with the shipping label. Please repackage the item(s) and send them back. 

Once we have recieved your return we will send you an email notification. If you have chosen to receive your refund via store credit we will send an e-gift card for the amount to the email provided. If you have chosen to recieve your refund via your original form of payment, the refund will be posted within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. 

Shipping is free on orders $50+ that ship within the 48 contiguous states. If you live outside the contiguous U.S. we unfortunelty do not allow shipping at this time. 

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship you will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. While we can't guarantee delivery times, orders typically deliver withing 5-7 business days from when your order is shipped. Once packages are in the hands of the carrier they are no longer in our control. The tracking information provided to you is the same information provided to us.
